Our mission is to pull back the curtain on the player evaluation process, making it so straight-forward & simplified that ANYONE can follow along, assess ability & see where a player stacks up as a D1 hitting prospect.
Our goal is to get useful, actionable and inexpensive information into the hands of as many players and families as possible and intervene early enough to improve a player’s odds of playing D1 baseball.
You can’t get where you want to go if you don’t know where you’re starting from and you don’t have a road-map to get there. For players and parents who feel lost, D1 Baseball Plan is dedicated to helping them navigate the process to maximize an already incredibly short recruiting window – at an incredibly high level of competition.
D1 Baseball Plan was founded by John Lee, a former Major League scout who scouted for three American League teams over the course of a decade and is a graduate of the Major League Scouting Bureau Scout School.
John also founded and operated a baseball showcase event & website company in the Midwest with an alumni of over 300 players going on to college baseball, plus several eventual pro baseball players in just under 3 years.
